[GRADUATION] Celebrating the Class of 2016!
On June 3, 2016, the YCIS Beijing community celebrated the school’s graduating class of 2016.
An emotional morning for students and teachers alike, the graduation service mixed inspirational messages from the school’s leadership and class valedictorian with moving performances from student bands.
Co-principal Noel Thomas’s message focused on positivity. He urged the new graduates: "The directions you take in life are often self-fulfilling prophecies. They happen more by design than by chance, and are designed more by your perceptions and expectations than by events and actions. The world will reflect back at you the light you choose to shed."
The ceremony was capped with an honorary graduation procession arch, formed by the entire school’s student body and staff, which led from the auditorium through the YCIS Beijing campus to the adjacent Honglingjin Park and served as a symbolic and heartfelt sendoff for the class of 2016.
We wish the graduating class all the best in their future endeavors! To see where our graduates will be headed next year, please follow the link below.
